Prevent 13 Preventive Maintenance
Prevent 13 is a one-time, detailed cleaning and inspection of Hewlett-Packard, Oki, Lexmark, and Zebra brand printers. It will include the separation pad, rejuvenation of paper pickup rollers and ½ hour labor for any needed repairs.
Preventive Maintenance Contract
Semi-annual preventive maintenance in the form of one (1) Prevent 13 detailed cleaning and inspection and one (1) Light preventive maintenance inspection. The Light cleaning and inspection of the printers is performed six (6) months after the Prevent 13 and also includes ½ hour labor for any needed repairs. As an added benefit, discounted service call rates on any future repairs during contract period apply.
Cannon IV Maintenance Agreement Standard - 1 Year
This one year on-site service agreement for your printer equipment includes labor, non-consumable repair parts and required travel by Cannon IV engineers. Cannon IV Maintenance Agreement Plus - 1 Year
